Pod Chat (the audio podcast) will return in January

in the meantime, here's a fun little podcast for you

If you’re a listener to the Pod Chat podcast (and thank you if you are!), you’ll notice it’s been a little quiet recently. This was down to a few reasons, but the main two were illness in the family and guests that only wanted to be on to pitch themselves and their latest “great invention”. Which, as a listener to the show, you’ll know it’s not the approach I take.

Instead, it’s all about getting only the very best guests on who can share insights gained over years of expertise in the podcasting space. Which I’m happy to say all the guests so far have been, and the quality of each episode attests to that.

Anyhoo, long story short, I’ve pretty much stopped taking pitches to be on the show and will be reverting to manually reaching out to guests I feel meet the criteria laid out for the show. So, Pod Chat (the show) will return in January - if you don’t already follow, you can do that for free here.

In the meantime, I’ve launched a fun little podcast that you might be interested in, One Minute Podcast Tips. It does exactly what it says on the tin - quick, punchy one minute tips about podcasting to help you with your podcast, whether that’s recording, editing, publishing, sharing, growing, networking, and more. It’s something I’ve been playing around with as an idea since the summer, but had to wait as I had other things going on.

You can follow for free on your preferred podcast app, or listen online if that’s your style. Here’s the trailer and first episode, so you can get a feel for the show.
