I do like the simplicity of it so far, and the fact that your current community is already "here", so it's less of a build from scratch approach like Spoutible, Mastodon, etc. That, and that it seems to build on Substack's goal of conversation and creator/community tools/connection, bodes well.
It'll be interesting to see how it connects to the rest of the ecosystem over time (add a snippet of a podcast episode to a note, repurpose a snippet of a longer newsletter/article, etc).
